1-800-Flooded was called by a national insurance company to a home that had water damage from broken jetted tub in the upstairs master bathroom with ceramic tile & grout. The water then continued into the main level kitchen which had hardwood floors.
using specialized drying equipment, 1-800-Flooded was able to dry the tile & grout bathroom floor with top/bottom drying.
1-800-Flooded went above and beyond in order to make contact with the homeowner. The insurance company didn't have a correct phone number to reach the insured. Multiple phone calls went to a voice mail of the husband who was out of town. After one and one half hours of not being able to reach the homeowner, 1-800-Flooded sent a crew by to the loss site. Nobody answered and a business card and note we left on the front door. The homeowner found it and called 1-800-Flooded & schedule a time for them to start the work.
