1-800-Flooded was called to a job site after a local plumber referred the homeowner to them during a cold spell in Colorado. The line leading to the outside spigot froze and the plumber found 3 breaks on that line. 1-800-Flooded not only did water extraction, demolition and structural drying but also did the rebuild.
Most other restoration companies don't do the repairs after the drying is completed.
About a month later when another cold spell hit, the same line broke again. The homeowner knew what to do! They called 1-800-Flooded because of their great service!
We not only made the repairs again, but also added a shut off valve and replaced the copper line with pex. They should never need our services again.
