1-800-Flooded was called out by an insurance company to the home of one of their members. Member was out of town and had recieved a call from the utility company informing him they had shut off the water due to a large spike in water usage. All three floors and all rooms were affected by a leak on the upper level. Demolition and drying was done in 4 days. Customer was very happy with how easy communication was while he was out of town.
