I was referred to this business by USAA for some roof repair. I was only missing about 6-9 square feet of shingles and the damage was well below my deductible. I told them while onsite that this was not covered by insurance and I only needed the missing shingles repaired. Steve refused to give me an estimate without providing the adjuster report. I can understand a company not wanting to take on a small job, but I cannot understand a company requiring an estimate from someone else.. In Steve's own words after a few emails (some of which were unanswered) "We are too busy to provide estimates from scratch".
