Broken Water Heater Causes Damage To Home In Manitou

1-800-Flooded was dispatched by an insurance company to a home in Manitou Springs that had damage due to a water heater break located on the 2nd floor of the home. 1-800-Flooded arrived to find damage to the upstairs utility room, hallway, and a bedroom. There was also damage to the main level dining room. 1-800-Flooded performed demolition and structural drying of the damaged areas. Rebuild services were assigned to a separate contractor hired by the insurance company.
