Water Damage and Microbial Growth in Southwest Colorado Springs

1-800-Flooded was called by a homeowner to their home.  Water damage was found in the downstairs utility room, recreation room, and bathroom.  The cause of the water damage was a break in a pipe in the utility room. The spraying water also damaged the furnace beyond repair which resulted in 1-800-Flooded setting up temporary heat. Upon inspection microbial growth was found in the ceiling of the utility room. Drying and demolition was completed in 4 days. Mold remediation was completed 2 days later.  The customer was very happy with the fast response time and the thorough job done.
