1-800-Flooded was called by an insurance customer to the home of one of their members. Upon arrival
water damage was found to their kitchen and downstairs office due to a break in the water line leading to the fridge. Because it was a small slow leak, it took a while for the homeowner to notice it resulting in
microbial growth being found.
Drying and
remediation was completed in 4 days. The customer was very happy with the communication of the process.
