Refrigerator Water Line Break Causes Damage to Fountian Home

1-800-Flooded was dispatched by an insurance company to a home in Fountain that has sustained damage when a refrigerator water line broke. 1-800-Flooded arrived on site to find damage to the main level kitchen and the crawl space below the home. The homeowner lived out of state and was renting to tenants. 1-800-Flooded called the homeowner and gave him a damage report and walked him through all the demolition and structural drying process. 1-800-Flooded then performed demolition and structural drying in the affected areas. Through the whole process 1-800-Flooded kept the out of state homeowner updated with daily progress reports and pictures via email. Rebuild services were assigned to a separate contractor hired by the insurance company.
