1-800-Flooded was dispatched by an insurance company to a site where the basement bedroom flooded recently due to heavy rains.
since there was a coverage issue and the claim was denied, 1-800-Flooded still visited the site, used thermal imaging and non penetrating moisture tools to help the homeowner with knowing which repairs needed to be made.
