1-800-Flooded was contacted by a local general contractor who had been hired by a resident because of the mold damage at their rental property. Not only was mold found throughout the basement from floor to ceiling, but on the main level there was mold in all the rooms.
Demolition, structural drying, mold remediation were performed.
The owner wasn't going to make an insurance claim even though the thermostat was bad and there were multiple freeze breaks. However 1-800-Flooded convinced them it was worth trying and the insurance company did cover some of the damages.
